dry weight will be 25% of wet weight. The plant will stop drinking at some point. That’s the beginning of the end.
What Pennywise mentions, the plant often slows down the amount of water it takes in towards the end.
These are not for sure going to happen but they are something to keep in mind. There is a chance that the plant will start a foxtail on the top buds if it goes beyond the mature point.
Another thing that can happen if the plant is not harvested in time is that it might start to show some male flower parts and seeds will then start to develop. Others have mentioned this for plants that are left past the "best by" date. This happens on my Blue Dream clones if I leave them in a flowering cabinet beyond 11 weeks.
