Harvested to late?

hi guys,
i harvested the main branches of my plant bout 10 days ago
i left the smaller less developed ones a while longer,
they seem to have dried dead on me, burned and crisp all the way into the buds

WILL THEY BE SMOKABLE?
WILL A REGULAR DRY&CURE IS WHAT IS SHOULD DO WITH THEM?
or better to make hash out of them?

looks like they had too much nutes and also may have gotten way too hot. make some hash or gumby hash. if you didnt flush the nute overload it will still give you headaches though!
