Harvested buds have single-bladed sugar leaves

Anyone seen this before?

First plant went well, second plant died, this plant took FOREVER to get here so was cut down tonight. Gone to trim and noticed all the little leaves are single-bladed.. google says this is a symptom of re-veg but these are in the buds..

Reckon I should trim and wash this for smoking or just make dry ice hash with it?

The tent wasn't well sealed but it was inside a closed room that allowed very minimal light in to start with.. so any leaking would've just been the small 40w overhead bulb but I don't use the room for anything else so it was only getting switched on maybe once a day while I was watering...

Another plant in the same tent at the same time didn't do this... the third plant did a similar thing to this one but I lost that plant to bud rot

I ended up washing the buds anyway and they're hanging to dry, will be interesting to see what happens with it.. would like to know what I did wrong though..

Like I said, the tent itself doesn't seal perfectly but the room was dark 24/7. The tent seals very well, just not perfectly.

The only light that could have leaked into the tent would have been from the 40 watt room light, which was only switched on to water and that was done during the plants' daylight hours. I don't use the room for anything else, so it would've been lucky to be switched on outside the plants' daylight hours once a week.

Think of it like shining a torch on the plant for <30seconds, no more than once a week. Surely that's not enough to reveg?

I don't understand how that works.... if that was the case, wouldn't it be virtually impossible to grow a plant outdoors as they'd all just reveg from ambient light?

Hence, that’s why outdoor weed is less potent and is very prone to growing seeds. Lol it would also depend on where the plant is but by ambient light if your referring to the moon then I have read that the moon is not intense enough to reveg it.. most likely would be from car headlights, flashlights, or lightning storms and things like that. Plus these outdoor plants tend to have seeds not due to pollination but because they take a beating being exposed to the elements and can cause it to hermie.

With that being said it def looks like a reveg, I've had it happen. Why don't you just close the tent up with you inside to see how intense a leak may be.

I’ve grown outdoors all my life until recently, so I’ve had my fair share... the only outdoor that sucks is that grown by idiots but even then the best outdoor won’t compare to my indoor... but ya I’ll put my indoor nugs up against your outdoor nugs ANYDAY... and no not all strains are optimized for outdoor growing.. I can’t believe I have to point that out to you... these are the basics man lol outdoor weed will NEVER be on the level of my indoor, sorry... you can’t mimick a PERFECT environment outside, you can’t gaurntee TOTAL darkness at night, you can’t even tell me the VPD rate of your plants because there.. you guessed it outside. Lol you can’t control temp, humidity, light height or intensity, nutrients uptake... aerated roots? Haha ya right... must I go on? if your experiences with indo are different then you grow shitty indoor ... this was a nice attempt at being grumpy in the morning but try somewhere else friend. Ya and I re entered my post, I’m sorry I should have rephrased it better for you. I phrased it that way because that is what u think, sorry it offends you, but I do believe it to be true... in my opinion outdoor weed sucks (or for you, carries less thc) But why in the world do you think I can’t replicate nature in a grow room?
