Harvest if all leaves are yellow?

I'm growing in gia green living soil. Bubba's gift humbolt seeds . Claim 7 weeks. I am ending week 7 now. Seeing mostly cloudy trics but not amber yet. Plants are almost fully yellow . Is it an issue to go one more week or should I haven't due to all yellow leaves?

Thanks! Tried something new this crop. Normally go 4-6 large plants in my 8x5 room. This grow I went with 17 clones in the same room. So far looking like good results and way easier to manage my canopy and light penetration to lower branches. And cut out a few weeks of veg
