hand watering rockwool, need help

I have 6x6 rockwool cubes and I handwater them with a pump/wand ...until they runoff and drain to a bucket which I discard. (seem 100% soaked when im done) and I do this every other day in bloom (when they start feeling a little light).

Is this method ok? Am I maximizing my growth potential?

I water them daily in bloom,using crutons though in pots but I water for 15 min with a pump daily. pretty hard to over water the rock wool. How big is the plant in a 6 inch cube??
