Purple Bubble almost dry. A few more days. Man, this stuff smells so good. :Love:

Smells similar to Ava' which I finally pinpointed her flavor. Like the aroma it seems to really come out with a short cure.
They all smell like :cco: Especially Avalanche. She reeks now. :)

Next tent. Fornicator is recovering from up potting today. She had a good root ball but was beginning to show some over fert and calmag issues. She'll get one more up pot down the road more than likely. Wouldn't mind grabbing a few back up clones also just in case she's the purple pheno.

Lenny is so friggin awesome lol. She'll be offering up clones in a matter of days. Can't wait to do a larger run in bigger pots under the bigger lights. She really handled the little 2 gallon very well though.

The bubble isn't the traditional method ;) This is a 100 second wash in 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol and micro-screen filtered. It's mostly a fun quick and cheap way to get rid of a little extra build up in the allowance. Really nice product when done correctly. Extraction is yet another age old hobby of mine. I actually have a soxhlet extractor and all the goodies and this quick product competes to an extent. I've sep'd it numerous times in the past and hardly anything comes out so it's verified clean. Not 100% but close.

I love those silly little lights :rofl: 45w Growstar South American Drone Command special :thumb: Great for all early stages. Seedlings, clones and stacking nodes. Especially stacking nodes and Bonsai. I wouldn't push them much further but they are impressive for what they are. I bought one and liked it so much I got another within a month. Now I have four and want a few more :laughtwo:

Thanks Sue :hugs: This are getting a little spread thin around here lol, but hanging in there. Everyone is complaining about pest season again so I imagine it will come for me eventually. Even with my defenses. But it's cool, it's cool :passitleft: I have a plan to incorporate HDTF into the UVC system. :)

Rip City Purps getting close. Two more weeks maybe a little longer. I need to quit slacking with these AKG strains and top dress. Makes a big difference. I'm thinking it's the Gobstopper male. I've grown some of their other work in the past with different lineage and never noticed it. :hmmm: Could just be my torturous small pot method too :laughtwo:

Speaking of lol. She loves it though. Buds are rock hard compared to normal and the terps are just crazy. That's American Pie and I'm just going out on a limb and labeling it the X pheno, so it would be American Pie X and I promise not to bash her teeth out on the sidewalk. Pyramid must not S1 this because it actually does release phenos. I'm not the only one who has seen it either so I know it's not aluminum poisoning again.

I may have an Omega clone in the works too. I'm working with Rogue and Emerald Twist to see if we can work something out. It's legally protected genetics but I've always wanted one for personal use and donating meds to low income patients. I'm hoping they would agree to an F3 that would be mine. The plot thickens! My retail non-cannabis agricultural side officially went into effect yesterday. Still working on a grand opening lol. This does mean I can sell seeds legally now though. I'll just bite my tongue in half on how it's done and stomp off back to work.

Hey gypsy how's it going? Was just reading and lurking...

100 seconds for an isowash huh? Never heard of timing it like that. I've found that the longer the alcohol has in the mix, the more it absorbs chlorophyl and the darker it gets.

I like to put my stuff loosely ground into a sieve, and then pour the alcohol through it and let it flow out under gravity. Recently I tried freezing my mix and alcohol 24hrs before doing this and WOW, what a difference it made... I've found you can tell it's going to come out like this when the solution is darn near clear. The yields kind of suck doing this, but it makes some really great concentrate.

I'm going to try doing this with my reversal plant pretty soon, and then try mixing it into some coconut oil and beeswax to make a pain balm. Who knows if it will work, but I'm not gonna smoke it...
 
Yep that's why it's 100 seconds max. Any longer and it begins to grab the crud. The material is barely covered with alc in a jar capped and shaken briskly. Then immediately filtered. Consistency depends on the type of filter. My micro-screen is pretty big I forget the size atm. You can also cold press the liquid through filters of various types. :)
 
Is it just me or does diartofficial on instagrind make your tinfoil vibrate? Same with a topseed whatever it is.. that has a link to a domain that is for sale. AND why does facebungle insist that John Huber and I should be pals?? Is there a john huber cookie in my computer? Because it did it on my old account too.

Abusive Pie... :rofl: Now there's a catchy name. Lol! Lovely seed shots. I'm getting impatient for my Scott's Dark Slide to germinate. I found the seed I thought I'd planted lying on the top of the soil yesterday, so I replanted. The one in the Rapid Rooter I peeked in on, and she's just sprouting. :slide: I need something different in sativas, and this looked like a good match for me.

Have fun with the harvest. I just finished one yesterday with buds so heavy they bent the stems. Woo Hoo!!! That doesn't happen often enough in my garden. These new lights are making me really happy. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Let me be nosey and ask, how many tents do you have?

I've seen very little difference between drying them outside the bud or inside. If I had to choose it would be inside the bud for a good month up three months cure. Could just be me but they do seem to pop just a little sooner with less troubles that way.

Dark Slide will go. Mine took a little longer too. Prime example of not letting them cure enough lol. They dried a good three weeks but during high rh. Muse is looking real good now and only the first one didn't germinate.

Four tents for botany and four tents for mycology, but they are different. One more if you count the clean room lol.

So my Scrumdiddlyumtious was a figment of digital imagination due to a system glitch, but Chris worked it out quickly and favorably. :)
He's having trouble with AKG just as I thought :laughtwo: Everyone is. They have a huge demand for some of the strains from the last few years but AKG says they are moving on for the most part. I could feel it when they started collaborating.
On the bright side I have CSI Old Purple Family which has been on the list for a long time and CaliConnection Blackwater. The Old Family may have to meet Scott's Dark Side being that they share TK lineage. And the guy I got my Urkle and HarliTsu from has a DJS Blueberry friggin monster cross that is so killer I've been pestering him for a good year or more. He finally broke down to a trade and he's prepping a cut for me. :) He's not a pro but his skills are excellent regardless. Most of his work matches long time pros IMO.
