a little late. at least the pics are from a few days ago.

Bridget & Co. doing well. she needs to be thinned badly. still sensitive to the light though. a few bleach marks make me nervous about opening things up.. like i've had the time lol, so it makes a good excuse.

the first of the white cookies. there's already been more and more is coming lol. this is all cured dry stuff headed for the jars.

Early Miss. definitely a keeper next one gets a CS treatment. I'm kind of surprised this one didn't pop out a few seeds. it was stressed more than once lol. really good stuff though. very clean. good producer for a shorty.

so i guess my first official auto is in the jar

while i clean up the dark angel and get back to that and more wc lol.. my next round of auto's begins.

these are all from a few days ago. DD is looking much better, but she was last of the three to break dirt. going with the much smaller 1.5 gal pots this time. DD is a little short because i totally ran out of soil lol. these three are definitely getting CS treatment. i'm thinking it will be the primary focus of the smaller pot plants the next batch can go in the big pots for a production run later.

i'll be ready i figured with the paki genetics it might be that way. probably a lot longer start to finish than advertised too lol. regular paki can take around 14-16 weeks. it's one of my favorite strains but yeah i'll sneak a few pics in here and there. i was debating on popping another for a larger pot, but the Trans Siberian is calling to me lol. being that i'll be focusing on outdoor preps and seeding i think i can cram one in

thanks man! yeah i'm genuinely impressed with her. she's gaining some pineapple flavor as she jar cures. that was just sprout it and watch it grow too.. i can't wait to play LST with her. she got the one weak feeding and it was all just ph adjusted water after that. she could save a lot of money in ferts lol.

Bridget is out for more defol. pissed off as usual. she's more touchy than an auto when it comes to nutes. gave her a medium dose and all sorts of issues lol. i'm also finding some pest scarring, however, not a pest to be found. except me . i suspect thrips. all kinds of bugs around the porch light lately. probably getting in through the door like the last ones. at any rate she is simply not very healthy and a lot of it is my fault. been so busy. there's two more of her sisters in the main flower tent. much larger. lol, one bud from one of those will probably weigh more than Bridget will put out total. about a week or two left on those.

did i ever mention how much i hate trimming? i know. i'm weird
here's some Candy Cane going to the jar.. more Pit Bull in back. The CC is a different animal lol. heavy impact stone right off the get go. really nice. the flavor is somewhat variant. at times mango widowish while at others a hint of candy cane. this one really should have stayed up for another week or two. i think the flavor would have been better. the ruderalis flavor just doesn't fit the array. i almost think this would be better as a photo plant.. but i will reserve judgement for the next go. i'll let that one go for a few extra weeks. what i'm tasting could simply be a result of immaturity. still makes some good smoke. doesn't take much either.

no pics atm.. but a quick update. took four clones from the Dark Angel mother the other day. all are looking well so i can log those from start to finish lol. popped a Black Cream, a Bloody Skunk, two Sweet God and two Scott's OG the other day as well. pots are filling and settling all week lol. veg room got clear cut. just a few more to cut back and a clean up to go.. then i can start moving the auto's into the veg room. Vertigo is ready to go

the last two White Cookies in the flower room are almost ready. really nice fat rock hard buds! way bigger than the first little girl they may come down this weekend. maybe lol. there's still a White Widow, OG Kush and an Ice Wreck that have at least two weeks left. after that the HID is coming out and the two Mars Reflector 192's will take it's place. can't wait to see what those do!!!

ok, i'll still be trimming, cleaning and potting tonight after work, but i'll try to update pics soon.

thanks! comes out ok in the end most of the time. sure is a crazy journey getting to the end sometimes though lol. so little time.. so much to do. i think i'll feel better getting back to fewer, but larger plants for the most part. these little things are so labor intensive in the end. i quite bitching when it's all in the jar

I haven't read your whole journal yet so I don't know what the circular cage like structure is for the Devils Cream. Whats up with that?

Thanks! i have to agree. the lower branches are amazing. that pic was a few days ago. they are much longer now. i'm going to try and get her and the DD into the veg tent tonight. still have some clean up in there but i'll cram it in somehow lol. there is something special about that one though. liking what i am seeing thus far. oh and she is showing the burnt tip thing much like Early Miss did. the sunshine #4 has a little starter stuff in it. i suspect i'll be seeing this with auto's in the future as well. maybe adding more perlite would help.. hmmm. at any rate Vertigo is making me wish i had used the larger pots. i just gotta remember.. these are for seeds, must stay mobile lol.

ahh.. hardware cloth. the growers second best friend lol. 101 uses at least. in this case it is a support for a 6500k cfl clip on lamp. i just don't use the clip.
this was Candy Cane and Early Miss with the rings holding up the lights. the rings are used for the first 1-2 weeks. various heights are recommended as per Devil Cream lol.

oh and Bridget is a mutant side project. she's not what i would expect to see from a normal WC run. especially with what i am seeing from her sisters. amazing output when allowed to veg for a little while.

they need names. they're going to grow natural with no training or LST. something granola..

some lower branches will get CS treatment for seed attempts but other than that these small pots are more for observation. next run will be larger pots training etc

ok! finally a quick pre-update lol. lots going on in the caravan as of late.

loving the white cookies i've been harvesting at different times to see what the range of effects are. 10 weeks is heavy but still energetic. very energetic. i let the lower portion of the same plant go for another 2-3 weeks partly because i saw a seed pod (that i can't find now lol) but also wanted to see just how ripe it could get. 48 hours of darkness applied and wow! lol. very heavy stone.. more couch lock for sure. most of all the smell. omg. it's totally different than the prior harvest. now it has a strong feminine body odor smell. sorry ladies. sounds gross but it's actually somewhat alluring

here's a pic from a while back.. had a few in my phone so i figured i'd swing in real quick and do a big update this weekend. tons of pics accumulating.

Dark Devil is a stout little thing lol. beautiful purple. reacting very well to the CS treatment, but i chose to do only a few mid to lower branches. can't wait to do a large pot version!

no pics of Vertigo in the phone.. some in the camera at home, but i might be seeing the first male flower where she's been getting treated.
Devil Cream is a bit sickly. she does not like that soil at all. i'm still CS treating some lower branches but i doubt it will amount to much.
Black Cream is just the opposite lol. no CS yet but she is kicking ass fast. Red poison popped up a little pissed but is recovering. Bloody Skunk is looking good too. Trans Siberian had some bad troubles initially but has made a good comeback.

Scott's OG and Sweet God are popped. really liking what i see from Sweet God so far. More Permafrost and Widow is prepping for the flower room.. OH i finally threw Goblin into flower. just couldn't stand hacking that thing back any more lol. one of the craziest mutants i have ever seen.

and ....

new lights!!! a pair of Reflector 192's for the flower room.. though i am thinking of swapping one with the 144 in the veg room just for the auto run taking place. i must say i do love the easy to swap LED's so many different combinations.. so much light!!! acme would be proud.

love it. it's very similar to my white widow strain, but i like the texture better. the widow is rock hard. very hard to smoke without grinding. the WC has the same density, but is a bit squishy like bread. much easier to keep lit. likes to stay lit also.. like a ball of hash speaking of.. i can't wait to make a batch from it. if i had to rate it on a scale of 1-10........ hmmmm it's a tough call because i am soooo picky lol. right now i would put it at a 7-8, but there's been a few 10 moments lol. the really ripe stuff is wicked!
