GrowStealthLED out of business?

I have a 300 watt light of theirs that has a bank of lights out and was trying to contact them.

No response to e-mails (or 420 PMs) and their website is down.

Anybody know if these guys have gone belly up?

I don't personally know however from digging around it would seem that way. If not out of business definitely very inactive.
