Growing Problem

I have a 2 foot tall plant in my backyard and it has been growing for about 8 weeks now and the bottom pair of leaves are now turning yellow and it looks like the leaves are being eaten or falling off of the bottom pair...Any help??

dude youre freaking me out. I too have a similar sized plant in my backyard growing for the same amount of time. Where do you live, may I ask?
