Growing Northern Light

Hello
I was wondering if somebody could help me. I am growing Northern Light and there have been 18 days since I've put the germinated seeds in Soil. Now they are 9-11 cm high. Is it okay or not so okay. I grow under 250 CFL lamp(24 h light)
How many nodes ? How many branches ? are the stems thick? pics would be nice...

Maybe just a touch slow but it takes a while for new plants to take off. I would say just make sure your light is right down on the plants and make sure your reflecting as much light as possible back onto the plants. I'm growing one northern lights too and it would be nice to see some pics if you have some. Good luck.
