Growing excess

If you grow the allowed 15 plants and your yield is more than the allowed 24 ounces, what are you supposed to do with the excess?

Is there any provision under Washington's Medical marijuana law for selling or donating it?

Legally there's nothing you can do with it but destroy it. But I'm sure there are patients that could put it to good use. Just be careful.

i was told to burn it from the detective who came to count my numbers and paperwork. he said you cant give it away either! i have one plant alone that will give me the alloted 24 ozs. im just going to keep all the tops. just the last 4-6 inches or so.

they get real stupid here one guy invited them in to inspect his grow and had over 200 plants, must be real hard to count to 15.
