grow room too hot. temperature toooooo high... help.

Hi guys.
i got 18 plants in my grow tent (5x10x6.5), with 2 1000MH light not air cooled. and i have a exhaust fan with carbon fiber filter.
the temperature went up to 100 degree F.
and it never went down.
its my first time grow. really need help.
do i need a air conditioner?

What size is you Carbon filter and what is you extractor fan m3/h rating?

How far are the lights from canopy?

Do you have intake fan? Or is the extractor fan pulling air in passively?

What are the temps outside the tent?

Are you running 18hour light cycle?

Getting Air Cooled Hoods will massively reduce temperature. I would also get 2 10" desk fans to blow between canopy top and the lights. Stale non-moving air will warm up a lot faster than moving air (think about how much cooler it is on a sunny day with wind blowing vs no wind)

Where are you growing? Loft? Basement? Etc
