Hard to tell with the yellow! I can't tell a thing in colored (yellow or blurple) lights.

Looks like a really long flower sativa.
Out of curiosity, are they any potential light leaks during lights out? That can slow down flower development. Even a timer with a light on it inside the tent will be enough.

Too much stress in small tent maybe has delayed it definitely no seeds producing

Nah. 400w of actual HPS isn't holding anything back in a 4x4.

I dunno lol I got the stuff in a deal like.. fits two lights and fan and filter at top comfortably..got another one but that's like double size of this one
