Colorado voters have already legalized marijuana for medical use, but now a Boulder group is pushing to make the drug legal for everyone.
The Cannabis Therapy Institute is considering putting a constitutional amendment on the ballot in 2012. The group says medical marijuana restrictions signed into law by Gov. Bill Ritter in early June are too restrictive.
The group says the best solution is to completely legalize the sale, production and use of marijuana and allow the state to tax the drug.
