Group Flip - May 10 2017 - Different Grows - All Welcome!

Hey Everyone. A bunch of us have been talking about flipping to 12/12 at the same time. So far we have vespertine, JPinkman and myself. LaidBackLeo was going to join in, but had to lead the way and flip early. Hoping he will sneak in some posts on his flip as well.

We welcome any and all of you that may want to participate in some group action with us!

So here's my story for this flip. I was waiting for clones to arrive, so threw some Texada x Frisian Dew and a couple mixed crosses I picked up from an ad on local Kijiji. Paid $30 for 32 seeds. Germinated 8, 6 popped, and 5 survived. This is exceptionally good for me, I've been known as a serial seed killer.
One of the runts of this group of seedlings volunteered about a week ago to try some bdsm lol. Actually, I read somewhere about electro-cultivation, running a small current through the soil to promote root growth and stimulate the plant. So far have seen noticeably broader fan leafs.
Out of these seedlings, pretty sure two are females,, and no signs of male yet whatsoever. Fingers crossed.
The seedlings ages from popping is 43-48 days. That will make them 45-50 days on flip.

Was just informed by Philsthetent over on one of Cannakitty's threads that May 10th is a full moon. And it's called "Flower Moon"
Do you think that may be a sign?

Hey 420 peeps! My garden was started 8 weeks ago yesterday~ one Berry White clone and 4 from bagseeds~ two are 8 weeks & two are about 6 weeks. They are all under a 400w metal halide hid old school cool hood supplemented with 3 100w 6500k bulbs~

Claudette is the clone; 20" tall; vegged for 8 weeks

Matilda is 8 weeks from seed~ 19" tall

Jean Gray is my 13" tall mutant with 11 fingered leaves; about 6 weeks from seed

Glodean is 15" from soil & 8 weeks from seed

Jubilee is 12" tall in her one gallon pot, never up potted in her 6 weeks~

What up yo!!!!! Man I am super glad to be here! Good times with good friends, and all around good vibes!

My girls will be 6 weeks on flip day. It will be my first flip ever, and the first of a perpetual grow setup. Im going to flip 2 more 2 weeks later and 2 more every month after. My hope is that by the time my first harvest has cured, I'll be on a small monthly harvest routine. 2 plants, every month. I'll be journaling the whole process in my regular journal, but since this is our group flip journal I'll be sticking to the flower tent stuff over here. Hope to eventually have some sweet "bud porn" pics all the kids have nowadays.

Heres the group, the closest on the far left and right will be the first to flip. BK2 is Bubba Kush (seedsman, fem) and WW2 is White Widow (flying dutchman, fem). Also eventually FD2a who I really want to call "Baby Groot" will move over to determine the sex of her mother. Anyway....thanks for reading and glad to be part of this group!

Hey Pinkman, this is going to be a pretty informative journal, I believe. Especially because we are all growing and flipping differently. I will be keeping my other journal going as well, but swing the veg girls over to this one.
I know I'll be watching the other flips for future reference as well.
OK, I think this would be a good time to make another batch of canna-fudge, maybe chocolate and peanut butter this time

I really love this idea, like you said snarly everyone's using slightly different techniques. We have different lights, different strains, I'm assuming different nutes, btw what kinda nutes is everyone using? I have the fox farm trio. This will really be an amazing journal to compare grows and learn from, which id's why i joined 420magazine in the first place!

This journal is all about flowering so if you flipped you should join in! I also flipped before them, got worried my girls were gonna out grow their home so i couldn't wait. I'm about 9 days into flower but still plan on joining this group. It's gonna be amazing to compare and learn from this thread!

Unless something changes, I will just be using my hydro shop store brand, simply called "The Stuff. Bloom" That and CalMag Plus. Will still give veg nutes for first week though.
And I'm using Pro-Mix HP too. Straight.
