Groenthuis Van Ganj - First Attempt At Anything!

Hello All,

This is my first journal of my first time ever growing weed. I have a cheap outdoor greenhouse which is where all plants will be grown. All seeds are germinated in wet paper towel inside a plastic bag. The greenhouse is located in my backyard, in the Netherlands.

Name: Broccoli

Day 32 (or so) - Today!

Strain: Sensi Skunk (non-feminized, non-autoflowering)
Age: 25 days (or so???)
Sex: Female (Speculation)
Name: Cucumber
Day 12 (or so) -
Day 17 (or so) -
Day 25 (or so) - It's a girl! (I think...)
Day 25 (or so) - Today!

Strain: Sensi Skunk (non-feminized, non-autoflowering)
Age: 18 days (or so???)
Sex: Unknown
Name: Watermelon
Day 2 (or so) -
Day 16 (or so) -
Day 18 (or so) - Today!

Currently sitting in germination are two auto feminized seeds, updates will be posted :)
 
UPDATE:
Cleaned the house out.

After 24 hours of soaking the two auto seeds, I planted them in small pots. I'm pretty sure I dug the hole too deep and over watered the soil so there was slow movement. I dug the seeds up (they were alive and trying to shoot) and placed them more appropriately but all in all things are off to a bad start.

I believe the temperature is too hot/humid inside the greenhouse and the new leaves are tacoing on both Brocolli and Cucumber. So, I am contemplating the idea of installing some mesh windows unless anyone has a better suggestion for some air circulation (No power in the greenhouse.)?

Lately, I have noticed various kinds of pests hanging around the plants. Is there any homemade pest sprays that aren't going to harm the plants but keep the pests away or any whole greenhouse solutions I could use?

I attempted to top both plants, I believe they are reacting as expected from this. Photos from three days after topping.
