I'm a new grower and would certainly appreciate your insights, comments, and advice. I'm primarily a bookworm and so all of my learning has come mainly from books, magazines, DVDs, and forums.
Everything looks great when its being read from the comfort of an office chair. This unfortunately, brings me no weed...
I figured after all the reading and watching, it was time to get my hands dirty!
There are so many reasons I want to grow...
I think one of the clearest reasons for me deciding to grow is the moral considerations. There is so much outer turmoil with countless thousands of individuals being slaughtered yearly by Mexican Cartel, over a plant that, simply put, brings inner peace! There are also the health implications to consider as well, with documented examples of crushed glass, silica, quartz, and the like being added to cannabis in order to increase weight/value of the finalized product. The list goes on and on...
To grow my own. To watch it from seedling to maturity and play a loving and active role in that. To know the strain and its traits. To know that it was organically grown by myself. To have the pride of sharing my small grow with family and loved ones. THAT is a beautiful thing indeed...
That is why I am here. I hope many of you will forgive me for being a little slow on the uptake at times but I can assure you that I will be most appreciative of any and all your input, as long as constructive.
Looking forward to conversing with so many growers and sharing information in the weeks and months to follow.
Thank you for having me here!
