CA - Greenfield will be the latest city in Monterey County to vote on a moratorium to deny permits to medical marijuana dispensaries.
The City Council is slated to discuss and vote on the issue at their 6 p.m. Tuesday meeting.
The decision would come about three weeks after Soledad voted 5-0 to deny permits to medical marijuana dispensaries.
Monterey and Pacific Grove both passed temporary moratoriums on the dispensaries in January.
That same month, Monterey denied a business license for MyCaregiver Inc. and ordered the medical marijuana dispensary to stop operating.
Salinas passed an ordinance banning the dispensaries in 2007.
