Hi everyone , im new here and have a question id like to hear some opinions on . So one of my rooms fluctuates about 12 degrees between light Cycles. From 80 - 82 lights on to about 68 lights off. I don't have the space or the desire to run a supplemental heat system as my tents are in a very small. I've been reading about the green lights and how the plants supposedly can't see the spectrum they emit. I was thinking of running a green incandescent bulb in my tent to help keep it warm after my l.e.d./h.I.d. combo goes out. 5 degrees is really all I'm looking to gain . like I said space heater or equivalent isn't an option due to space and fire hazard. Interested in hearing from those who use green lights after hours . thank you every one.

It has to be the correct green lighting. Not all greens are equal. You're better off with a small electric heater. Several, if you need to. The cost to run is minimal since you're ambient temps are 68.

Not an option. No room , would be unsafe , only option I can think of would be ceramic heat emitters for reptiles
