If you are the kind of person that typically adds meat into the mix, every so often your stomach may thank you for taking it easy on some of the heavier mammals for something a bit more on the lighter side. Taking a break from beef and chicken can keep things fresh and interesting in the kitchen and your routine.

Tilapia is a go-to fish favorite in the US, a great source of protein, low in unsaturated fat, and it also contains a percentage of the RDA of calcium and potassium. Its natural flavor is certainly more on the mild side, which allows for great flexibility in preparation to fit any taste. This is all the more reason why it is the perfect selection for an out-of-this-world fish dish glazed in honey, citrus, and herbal goodness.

Just a thought: Perhaps another fish would be better. Tilapia is one of the worst fish you can get for toxins and health issues as they are farmed in overcrowded ponds and pens, and are fed all kinds of drugs and antibiotics to grow them fast. The fish swim and live in a biohazard I wouldn't put my toes in.
