@vcgrower , like you I sometime start some seeds too early in the year. Though I'm a Florida grower and grow outdoor so I may have an advantage over you due to our sunshine and warmth during the winter months.
Anyway, it may be your camera, but it looks like the leaves are somewhat too light of green in color.
They now have sufficient leaf growth, I'm seeing 4 or 5 sets of growth, that you could start feeding them, a light feeding at first of course.
If those beauties are exposed to sunlight all day (south elevation window) they will most likely live and produce, though probably not as much as an outside or grow light will produce. There are grow bulbs available that can be put in a shop light fixture if you want to give them that added ingredient.
Not sure it your grow qualifies for a journal, but you got my curiosity up and if you have time, how about sending pics every couple of weeks to show how they are doing.
