I searched for 420Magazine on Google play, couldn't find anything, so I just put a shortcut to the website on home screen. What's the name of the app on goggle play?

sorry- I missed that you were referring to the instructions in the linked thread, and thought you didn't click and read it.
Your assumptions are correct- I have actually used it.
Doing a quick search on the forum shows that there used to be one, and it was taken down for member security. A while ago, but the PWA appears to be how the site does it now.

The app was deleted years ago, the site is 420% mobile friendly nbow.
