I think I still hold the record at Hartlen Point for the highest score. It was my first and only attempt at golfing.

Actually, now you got me thinking. Wouldn't it be great to book a 420 members tourney there one Saturday. There's enough in Ontario alone that might make the trip.

Love the name lol. Long time ago I worked at a golf course, first during the construction of it and later doing mowing, irrigation stuff, looking after the course basically. We started before the sun came up so as to get a head start on the golfers.. Good times. Weed was relatively rare then and hash was the standard in these parts. Let me tell you, the work was much more enjoyable than the free golf rounds!

I never went golfing without at least 10 joints. We tried to smoke one each hole but usually caved after 6-7. We always had to be discreet... drive to other side of the fairway like we were looking for golf balls.

We would get totally cooked before starting and had a hilarious but brutally bad time. Just enough good shots to think maybe I can possibly get good at this but 93 percent was just comedy reel stuff I'm sure lol

I'm always game for golfing!! I was 100% sure I would be a pro golfer for a living when younger. Turns out you gotta be pretty good! And I live in Ontario! Hah

Well I'll see over the next few weeks what kind of response we get here, and if enough are interested I can set up some details and try and make it work.
The course isn't officially open yet as I would imagine there's some legal issues to deal with but I'll be checking their site frequently for updates.

Late to the party but I'm so In for a golf tourney. I'm willing to travel within the gta.

Edit: just saw where the course is... I might be able to make an over night trip if necessary haha

Sweet! I would have to stay overnight as well. Might even take a week off work!
