Help I stopped smoking for 20 days and then my aunt unexpectedly passed away and so I smoked to help me get out of my funk but I am getting pissed tested in 5 days. Advice please

You might be ok with dilution the morning of the test but you'll need to test yourself at home first with a couple of cheap test strips.

I don't have a local head shop or health food store I live in a small town so that option is out at this time.
I do have a test I can take to test I am drinking water taking alpha my poor it (Won't let me delete that for some reason) alpha liboric acid which is used for dieting and is suppose to help burn the fat. Also b12 and creatine everyday for the next 5.

I know you can drink about a gallon and half and pee up to 3 times before you go. It will dilute your pee enough to pass but could be a inclusive test and many times you have to retake when there diluted. I have to drive 30mins to get mine but well worth the drive

You could always sub with someone elses urine that you absolutely know is clean. Just practice with water first to keep the urine within the heat range.
