Getting sick

everyonce in a while when i'm smoking all of the sudden after taking a big hit i end up getting sick to my stomach and then throwing up. so i was wondering if there was anything i could do to stop this or if anyone else has this problem?

i started having that problem a few years ago it could be the acid reflux effect with the smoke relaxing your esophagous but im no scientist its just a quick flush of your system lol.

i think what kyle is saying could be right it seems like a flush if i know what your talking about, suddenly you get dizzy and its real hot, real lightheaded. I've never puked cuz of it, back in the day, but now if im ripping a bong and i take that monster hit and i get that "flush" what it feels like i'm just like whoa and sit back till i rip it again.
