Germination Problems

Can anyone out there help me? What kind of problems am I looking at? Can I turn it around?

I cupped these bubba kush from crop king three weeks ago and they are three weeks in the cup under t5.

Medium is ready grow soiless Coco

Bottled water purified only. Brand is refreshe

Watered 1 or 2 spray shots each morning
Light 24/7

pH of water 6.0

I planted in damp soil

What do you think?

Hi I dont have a solution for you. Im wondering what the plants are in? The 'soil' looks quite unusual.

They are certainly slow.... and almost look cooked, or poisoned somehow.

I`am thinking coco has no nutes in it and maybe they would like some dark time too. Light may be a tad too close also. just me tuppence. regards

Lights are too close for seedlings

I'd move them away like 12"
