Germinating seeds

WhAts up guys so my seed has been sitting in a cup of Water for over 24 hours so this morning before work I put them in a baggie that's soaked with water

so I will be home around 6 I also have those seed starters but not sure how I should go about placing it after I put the seed inside. Do I put that seed starter soil? Just keep it in a cup?

Check it when you get home. If it has sprouted, throw it in your starter cube and you are good to go. If not, let it soak for another 6 to 8 hours and check it again.
