First off I'd like to say this is my first build. I've been a creeper on the site for awhile but finally decided to give my green thumb a try.
I picked up 10 lowryder seeds and began germinating them two days ago.
Since this is my first grow I'll be experimenting with various ways of growing.
For my germination I pre-soaked rockwool cubes in neutral PH water, let some sit in a cup of water over night, as well as put some in the paper towel method.
After 24 hours I took all the seeds sprouted or not and placed them in the pre-soaked rockwool cubes. I then placed the cubes in a Tupperware container covered it with a humidome and placed it under a strip of 26w CFLS (4)
Its been about 3 days now. Currently I can see 3 of the 10 have sprouted.
Currently, I've just been keeping the cubes moist with water. How long should I wait before I start adding small amounts of nutrients? Everything I've read is pretty mixed.
I'll be doing two different grows. One hydro (homemade dwc kit, bubbler and feeder tubes.) I also have 5 smart pots with some fox farm ocean mix.
From the seeds that germinate correctly I'll be splitting them in half. Half dirt half hydro.
