Frustration

Hey guys I come to you all for help, advice, or constructive criticism. I have one plant that I started from seed 4 weeks ago. It just doesn't seem like its growing as fast It should or maybe I'm just impatient. I have her in a 5 gallon pot with fox farms ocean Forrest soil. Under a 2000 watt king led full spectrum led light. I have been using fox farms grow big and big bloom. Lights have been about 15 inches from the canvas. I raised them to 24in a little bit ago.. temperatures have been around 80-82 degrees with about 60-70% humidity.. I installed a 4in exauhst fan today and humidity dropped to 40% what am I doing wrong?. Or does this plant look about average size for being 4 weeks in soil?

Ok, found the post with the pic! It looks a little small for 4 weeks, but certainly not stunted or stressed. Other than that it looks quite nice. Give it a while, it could really take off at any minute. Keep following the Fox Farm nute regime, and ph your nute solution to around 6.2-6.4 (after adding nutes).

Unfortunately the one that I was concerned about I found out it a male .. but I still have 4 that I got from clone.. now as far as the temps I just went and checked the tent and it was up to 93 degrees so I opened 2 vents on the tent.. but when I turn my inline fan one to exauhst air out the humidity drops to 45 %

What do I do.. is 45-50% okay in veg

There are ways to raise the humidity, you can have the intake fan blow over a pan full of pebbles and water, but really 45-50% is workable. BTW, how do you know the one in the picture is male? Maybe I missed something, but I didn’t see any male parts.

Sometimes you get a runt. I've got a two month old right now that's smaller than that so I decided to see what happens. She might give me a few grams or she could really take off in bloom, who knows?
Also, a little warmer in veg is totally fine. My entire grow hangs out in the 90's most of the year!

Nice healthy looking plant. If that is the slow growing one that you are concerned about then the others must be really good looking.

I found the easiest way to control the temperature in the flowering tent is to open the door or flap in the morning and close it up at night. If the door is kept close then it is impossible to control the temperature since the lights will produce more than enough heat. I will leave the vents open instead of closing and opening a couple of times a day.

As mentioned 45 to 50% humidity is OK through out the veg state and if it can be maintained for the entire grow you would be doing better than others. What is the humidity before you open the vents.

No when I fed them I got some water on the leaves
Had the same concern as @Sueet when I noticed the white spot. I have gotten plain water on leaves and water with fertilizers already mixed in on the leaves and have not noticed those white areas. Best to keep an eye on the plants to make sure.

Unfortunately I believe the one from seed is looking like a male as my others are are showing pistols in veg. The temp right now is 82.6 degrees with 61 % humidity

Your others are clones. They'll show pistils first because they're basically the same age as the mother plant.

things look good. maybe a little N claw.

i ran my autos at 25% in veg and they're just fine. folk freak out too much about junk like vpd. if the plant looks ok then stuff is ok. don't fret the small stuff. you have a whole day to fill. :cheesygrinsmiley:

i'm more curious about how you are watering. watering at the base of the plant is not the best practice.
this might help ...
