Foxfarm nutrient trio feeding?

So i am planting 5 seeds in some small pots so I can transplant the females that I end up getting out of the bunch, However feeding the plants is confusing me a bit, I got the fox farm nutrient trio, tiger bloom, big bloom, and grow big. I looked on their website for a feeding schedule which if I found One I would do everything at half strength, but I only found hydroponic and smart naturals? grow guide, Would the hydroponic guide work for a outdoor grow or do I need to find a different Grow guide or can someone provide me with one? Thanks
