Force flowering

SO, one day while on youtube looking at a variety of "how to grow" videos, one guy mentioned "force flowering" during the 3-4 week after the hatched seed. If i were to do this to my plants that are 3 weeks old; would i suffer and repercussions?

Well if they are 3 weeks they will show sex soon anyway. I have no clue what light setup your using. If you have a ton of blue spectrum it'll take longer to sex. Your probably just better off buying a few cfls in the 2700k range. Add them to your grow setup. If you have plenty of redish light then just wait another week or so. Mainly you don't want to force flower then revert back to veg. It'll stunt thier growth for a bit, and since they are about to sex anyway it'll be a waste of growth and time. At 3 weeks I always add some red spectrum to help the plants show their sex. It seems to save me alot of time, and the plants keep vegging really nice in the meantime.
