I reviewed some of the recipes for green dragon (tincture of cannabis) in this thread, and did successfully make a small batch as it's typically done, using buds.
Since I notice that the dispensaries I've been in offer not only standard buds and edibles, but also hash and hash oil, would the latter work any differently for making tincture? Would it be faster than infusing from regular buds, or in hash are the cannabinoids and THC too tightly bound up in the oil? If nothing else, I'd think that some types of hash with a dryer consistency could be more easily pulverized, which would lead to better and faster extraction, but possibly also more difficult filtration.
