Food colouring

Has anyone ever tried using food colouring to change the colour of the leaves & buds in their grow? Only for the novelty factor
I'm thinking of trying it out. As long as there's no danger to the plants

Tons of growers have tried it. It doesn't work with cannabis like it does with orchids.
