Foliar feed and foliar bug

I'm using peppermint oil and soap to use as pest control. I was wondering after I foliar my plants with the peppermint oil can I foliar feed with liquid karma?

I am thinking that it might not be the best idea to put the peppermint oil on first and then the foliar solution. Reason being that the peppermint oil has covered the leaves and it will be several days before the plant absorbs it. Putting the foliar feeding spray on top of the oil means that feeding solution will not be able to be absorbed until after the oils have been taken in by the plant.

Doing the foliar feed first and then the peppermint oil spray several hours later might work.

I do not spray a foliar feed solution so I never gave it much thought before. It might be something worth looking into if you want to try it.
