FLUSHING with Smart Pots

3 gal smartpots
2 weeks to harvest
im thinking that if I fill a 5gal bucket full with RO water pH'd to 6.5 and slowly dump the water thru.

am i missing any key parts?

waiting a few more days untill the flood gates open

that should be fine, rule of thumb is 3 times the size of the container, but I never do that. If you want to make it simple pick up some clearex, then you can water just a bit heavy and it will do the same thing, or better than just a straight flush. Everything sounds good though, it seems like you got it handled.

I LOVE SAVING $$$!!
I wanted to get a tray for inside the grow lab (3x3x1) to make flushing not somthing i need to do OUTSIDE.
For less then $20 I got a new kiddie pool at 'toys 'r us'.
I used a wicker basket stand to place the smart pots on, and just hit some of plants with a 5gal RO water bucket each.
After two plants I need to empty the pool.
This has allowed me to flush without waking my next dr nbrs.

Is a single flush enough before harvest? I did go weak on the nutes...

for some reason I have not seen any "CLEAREX" around?? are you sure it does the SAME (if not better job, because it costs $$) kind of job a simple flush does?

I have found that FloraKleen by Gh is the best flushing agent and it recommends 2 to 3 days but I still flush for a week. Clear X I found that it has high sugar content and causes root rot if you go to long or to strong.

do you use ANY form of suger to be added towards the end?

Now that I have flushed does that mean no more nutes to the ones in flower?

I have a "final" product from BLOOM (yellow bottle) anyone use this??
