Wow this stuff is a complete waste of money i bought 2 45L bags and the first thing i did was empty them into the shower not only where the bags full of dust but of super small size kurnnels that fall through the bottom of the pot holes. i washed them in the show for 3 hours and even after running them for two weeks in my system i am still getting a resivor full of sand on the bottom from them. The funny thing is that i washed them for a really long time in the shower i even stopped the drain and let the tub fill up with water so they were all floating and drained them 3 times. This stuff is horrible. I highly recommend not using it. i should have gone with gold labels hydro kurrnels i guess thats what i get for trying to save a few buck.
I swear when i get done with this grow i am throwing it away and going and getting me some real hydroton.(only reason i cant now is i got plants in the pots with this junk)
oh yeah i got to thank HTG supplies for selling me this stuff saying it was their best hydroton. I just tried looking it up online and couldnt find anything on it. wow i should scoop all the sand that is left in my resivor and dump it on their counter the next time i go in and be like this is the best you have.
Well anyways theres the heads up on that stuff if any of you are thinking about getting it to save a few bucks its not worth it.
