Fluorescent question

O.K. So I have a double tube light with two Cool White's. The ballast thing is 3 feet long. The wattage of each bulb is around 150 watts each I think. Is this adequate for 4 plants? What could I do with it with the best outcome? Stupid question...I know, but I would like some good information. Thank You (maybe)

yeah throw 2 more of those ballests so you have 6 strips in total and it would be ok.

other wise try to grow two kind of small plants or all 4 but really small or look up scrog on yahoo and you can do scrog with all 4 maybe
