For some reason that leaf isnt producing chlorophyll I'd say . Cal def would be rusty in color and p.h. fluctuations would be speckled.

I would say nutrients fell on the leaf and were left to bake under HID light. Or some other chemical.

Do nothing, just chill unless it spreads.

I wouldn't cut it just cause of that; no real way to tell what the yield might be other than "more than you have now and less than you'll want." ;D

for like 5-6 weeks, you can check my grow journal got pics from seed
but to me buds dosen't look dense and they are litle,and idk if they grow alot more?already few hairs turned brown

That's light bleaching
