Flowering Stage Problem

I'm an inexperienced grower and I have some doubts regarding my plants. I have one bubblicious, one sweet cheese, and one amnesia lemon. I induce flowering all at once, but as I was using cfl lights and they had no power enough for flowering. I think they did not enter the flowering at the same time. So I bought a 400w hps light and then they began to evolve. but with this I do not know what state my plant are, when to harvest etc.. I have a hunch and I wonder if I'm right or not. The bubblicious is the fourth or maybe fifth week of flowering, a sweet chesse is the sixth or seventh week of flowering and amnesia lemon in the fourth week of flowering. I'll post some photos for you to see. the rippen is even necessary? What about this leave that sweet cheese have that is turning yellow? is that heat problem?

All of those buds seem fairly young to me buddy. But it could just be the pictures. The best way for you to know is to get small microscope or decent magnifying glass and keep an eye on the trichomes.
