Flouro light recomendations

Assuming for the moment there is no other alternative to using flouro lighting to start out with, which tubes would be recomended, for both veg and flowering stage. The fixture that will be used is a 2 bulb 48" unit that will be movable from floor level to ceiling height.

Good question, I was wondering that myself.

I read that people have successfully flowered with 6500k bulbs, and veged with 300k bulbs, but which is most effective?

im using the 6500k and im seeing nice results.

You can do a lot of cool stuff with floros. If you use them right you'll get pretty good results. Do some research on floros, there are great posts here on them.

6500k for veg.
2700k for bud.
