One of my four plants has developed these lumps at the base of the nodes. I'm concerned it's a male but it doesn't look like the "football" I've been warned about. All plants are the same strain/batch and this dude is the only one to show like this. Anyone care to enlighten me?

No. Thats not a sign of male/female traits. That is simply your plant growing.
Looks odd sometimes but its normal.

Looks like swelling, usually happens after topping or fimming, just energy directed to the lower nodes.
