First timer here, what's my next move?

First timer here looking for a little help. I'm day 44 of veg and things look pretty good. White Widow, AK47, and Bubblegum. I've been doing a lot of training. I think I'm ready to flip to flower. It's only a 4x4 tent. 2 of the plants are big and 2 are short. Should I install a net or just let them go? How much should I defoliate before I flip. It's going well. I don't want to f**k it up Any step by step guidance would be much appreciated!

A screen is for training your growing tips along horizontally through veg
Looks like you have a regular canopy instead, so I'd just let it carry on as it is, and defoliate only when the lower leaves no longer receive any light and starting to yellow - that way the goodness will move to the rest of the plant before you hack them off
