First timer, final flush q's, florakleen, ph, soil

Hey 420! I have a couple quick questions about the final flushing. I have been growing one plant indoors in soil in a 5 gallon smart pot. I've been using GH Flora Nova nutes on a water/feed/water/feed schedule every 3 days, one gallon at each time.

Questions:

I bought Florakleen for flushing. Anyone got any tips? The bottle is a little vague. It says to use in the final week of flushing, now does that mean I would use it in both waterings for the week, or just once? Also, should I flush at all prior to or after using it? Will a week be enough to flush everything out? Should I still ph my water during flush? Is there anything other than time to know if I've fully flushed the plant?

To flush, just water with pH balanced water, no nutrients for the final week or two until harvest.

Water to run off (waste) every time.

Always wise to let the medium dry out very well before harvest, could knock a few days off of drying.
