Yes, Fox farms trio will be good for auto flowers.
I treat the feeding of autos the same I do photo period plants. They have a defined seedling, veg, flower stage like regular cannabis plants, you just don't control the timings. I think this, autos need different feeding is a bit of a myth.
Only thing that's worth the thought is what size pot to start them in. Even then, alot of people up pot autos now.
I like to start them in 7 gallons myself.
