Sry I haven't updated as much been busy with the holidays but my plants have been busy.

I have been treating with molasses for the last 10 days. Currently the girls are at 36 Days of flower. From the research I have done with White Widow flower time is 6-8 weeks however other general material states when 80% of the flower hairs go red or brown. If that statement is true most of my plant hairs are red and brown. Soooo do I wait the 6-8 weeks are harvest now?? I dont want to miss that sweet spot

It looks to me that they could/should go longer. Pretty much every strain is a little different on how they finish up, sometimes you can go by the hairs, sometimes the die off of fan leaves, and sometimes only way to tell is look at the resin for milky/ambering. To me your girls look to have far too much green leaves still, and buds look to have plenty fresh growth still going, esp if you've just been feeding molasses for 10 days. I'd guess the sweet spot is gonna be closer to the 8 week mark.

Try to get yourself a Magnifying glass.

Then start looking through the mag.glass at the trichomes. You'll see the trichs hav a mushroom shape, and are milky, almost see-through in colour. When the heads on these little mushrooms 'burst' (when they change shape) and the trichs colour changes to a clear colour, anything from white/amberish red, thats when you know you're ready to harvest.

Keep up the good work!

I checked them.. The trichs are all white and have a small white bulb on every end... They seem to be starting to have a yellowish tint to them.

My leaves are starting to yellow and curl at the tips. prob from lack of nutes

gonna keep them cooking

Yup!those bulbs at the ends of the trichs are the 'mushroom shape' I mentioned.

Keep your eye on those trichs.Just a couple more weeks.

I'm real excited for you!Don't really know why.Guesse it's the thought of those dank nuggs goin up in smoke!hehe

Hey Mardo! Have you tried any test buds recently?

You know your plants, but I know how overwhelming the urge to chop can be. Make sure they're just like you want them. You'll be bummed if they're just ok and if you'd waited a little longer you know they'd have been better. Speaking from experience lol!

:peace: my friend

Gotta agree with Bluedog!Cut off a small nug, dry it and smoke it.just to be sure it's ready!

you might as well let her go here recommended 70 days
I read somewhere that in the last two weeks you should cut the lights down to 10 hrs a day apparently this improves crystal production
has she changed much since we last seen her ? been just over two weeks since you shared your girl with us :)
