Sticky Buds

This is my first time growing and im about to put my ladies into budding, I have 2 white rhino, 1 blueberry, and 1 lemon skunk. Ive been reading all over about mixing water with molasses to increase my yield and make the buds stickier.
my question is can u start using the water/molasses mixture right away or should i let it bud a little bit before i start, and the last 2 weeks when u flush your plants can u keep using it or stop everything all together.. thanks
