First time grow, scrog not going as planned

First the basics:

What Strain is it? - Mystery Seed from Nirvana bonus pack
How Many Plants? - 1
Is it in Vegetative or Flowering Stage? Flower week 3.5
Indoor or Outdoor? Indoor
Soil or Hydro? Coco with a little miracle grow (3 gallon pot)
Size (Wattage) of Light? How Many - (1) 150w HPS (added a CFL for the next few days to help with the bending I just did)
Is it Air Cooled? yes 50cfm exhaust and two smaller fan
Temperature of Room/Cabinet? avg 84-86 / 45-50 rh
PH of Medium or Reservoir? still waiting on this to come in (F*&K!!)
Any Pests? No
How Often are you Watering? avg every 2days 1qt
Type and Strength of Fertilizers used?
Size or Square Footage of Room? 36" x 24" x 46"

So is a mystery seed from Nirvana. I ordered WW's but the seed turned out male (pics on my profile). Im happy thus far and learning loads but this bitch just started growing crazy the last week or so and I was starting to see signs of heat stress. I pushed this down one last time but wonder how much I just F'ed her up?! This is my first grow so by no means is she a champ but I'm hoping she ends up with something.

Any advice?

BTW vertical scroging let's you move Plants around.
