First soiless grow help needed asap

I have 6 unknown seedlings in 50 perlite 50 coir
My question is that in Australia we have 3 types coir
Course
Medium
Fine
I used fine to raise seedlings and now need to up pot today
What should I use for final medium of the 3 with perlite

Hey Ossi,

Soil grower so no experience with coco, but I would think coarse would give more air to the roots

If you worried about airflow just get yourself some air pots you'll be more than fine with the 50:50

Whatever you heart desires, I prefer a more fine as the water retention will help from watering 3+ times a day.

My set up is 1h away from home. So I got a bottom feed watering system that I fill once a week.
