First season everything goes bad

hey guys i got a problem..i grow weed many years.i am not a pro but from my very first time i was sucesfull....when i start i use photoperiod..after a few years i decide to try autos.my first attempt was indoor .i saw some nice big plants with a lot of buds on.then i start to try outdoor..i was again succesfull.....some plants gave me small yield but this is normal after so many grows..so many years only 2 seeds died.this year i change seedbank i start also to use some more pro ferts and nutes and staff like myckoriza or worm earth casting liquid.quess wht from 20 autos seeds 13-15 harvest with only 3 of them to give a good yield.right now i have 4 autos are not taller than 3 inches and will stay there coz happens in my first attempt this season.
it is very strange for me...
i want to figure out what i do wrong or where is the wrong?

i like indica ..coz is faster.
but in my place sativas give u more yield.
the problem with my plants is they get into flowering phase rigt after they are in soil..i need some time to veg and then to flowerin?
really i am very confused..
i lose expensive seeds trying to see what is wrong.
