First Journal: Started Hella Late But Here We Are

Hey guys, im gonna try and start my first journal and see how it goes, that way maybe ill start a journal on my mext grow start to finish lol, but to get you all up to speed, i started this grow on july 4th, and i just sent my babies into flower about two weeks ago, two were late but did still pull through and finally show me that they are females, also im doing this in the cheapest way i can, using tap water, no nutes no ph meter or anything just tap water, good lighting, and good airflow, so anyways, let me stop talking and show yall how my babys have progressed, pics are in order and i know they arent from start but its close enough lol, let me know how yall think im doing!

You mean no nutrients at all, or they're already in your soil and you just won't be adding any periodically?
 
welcome to the journals jermsisbaked. are they autos or photoperiods?

your soil fertilizer is going to run out after 6 month of use. @Emilya can give you some pointers on organic fertilizer that you can make. Welcome to the journal section :blunt:
PS, i'm surprised you passed seedling stage with MG.
 
Its looking pretty good from what I can tell. I'm also using tap water on our crop. Aside from caterpillars all has been well so far. We did use some miracle grow nutrients early on, and some bloom food with good soil. Let us know how much that yields for you! We've had 1 big one and clones mostly (this is only our 2nd year growing) and its easily enough to last a year, and we're generous with friends. It just becomes hard to manage. Thinking more like what you got for next season of it will be enough

I used mg on my last grow too but watered with nothing but fiji water on that one lol got kinda pricey, heres my last one tho the ones i have now are wayyy better than my first one tho

Also ive only been in this grow since july 4th and used new soil so i should be fine right? Also my next grow im planning on doing DWC and will be using seeds from seedsman so i know my strain lol, cause the ones i have now i have no idea what strain they are but i know the two that are flowering already are hybrids and ones a sativa dominant
 
Keep an eye on it and feed her when you notice leaves getting light green and becoming yellowish.
search around in the organic section and read few journals. She looks good :bravo:
 
Very nice @JermsIsBaked I too have a grow i started with MG also. Only thing I have been feeding is tap water during veg and bud juice micro nutes just before i started flower and everything has been great during the entire grow, she will be harvested in another 2 weeks or so. My perpetual grow however I changed things up a bit and have 5 clones growing in ff happy frog now using the entire bud juice line and i have to say I am impressed so far. I dont think MG is all that bad privided you don't go crazy adding tons of extra nutes to it early on...save that for flowering and do it carefully. Good luck on the rest of your grow man.

Ill be posting updates daily and almost every update will have pictures so stick around yall to see how i do with zero nutes whatsoever throughout this grow
 
Also this may sound dumb, but come harvest time im gonna need some help as it will be my first harvest lol, help as in like, how long do i hang it upside down in my grow area for? Lighting? When should i trim all the sugar leaves off once ive snipped my babies? Shit like that, just all the basics, i know RH needs to be 55-65 which is what its at already and it will remain there, how long do i cure for? I know you gotta burp the jars for 10-20 minutes daily i believe, but how many days/weeks do i do that before its ready to be smoked?
